What’s the difference between Convo Access and Convo Now?
Convo Access is offered by businesses and services that want to provide accessibility to their Deaf consumers without the need for consumers to download an app. The QR code is used by Deaf consumers to quickly connect to an interpreter provided by the business or service.Â
Convo Now is an app that Deaf users download to use with an account on a regular basis, like at a workplace.
Do Deaf people need to download an app on their mobile device?
Nope! All they need is a mobile device running on cellular or Wi-Fi.
How much does it cost?
Businesses and services are encouraged to actively support Convo Access services in order to create an environment where communication is universally accessible.Â
Beyond this service, we also partake in advocacy and education by partnering with organizations to seamlessly integrate Convo Now into their communication practices.
